Lindsey is an educator, entrepreneur, and mom who thrives on creativity and connection. With over 20 years of experience as a teacher, trainer, curriculum developer, and instructional designer, Lindsey founded eResponders in 2020 to help organizations transition and transform their content to the online environment. Her passion for education and problem-solving drives her work, whether it’s building learning solutions or leading her team. Lindsey holds two master’s degrees in TESOL and Educational Technology, and is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts.

Alexander (Zander) Scott leads our operational team from Bluefields, Nicaragua, where he’s passionate about creating economic opportunities for local talent. With a background in Sustainable Development and Media Studies, Zander’s leadership focuses on building teams that solve challenges creatively and practically. His dedication to local staff and community development is central to his leadership, empowering those around him to succeed. Zander’s expertise in intercultural leadership makes him a key asset to eResponders’ success.

Yesibette is the creative force behind eResponders’ multimedia solutions, leading the development of visually engaging and educational content. A co-founder of Waiku, an Art and Design Center, Yesibette brings years of design experience and a deep connection to Nicaraguan cultural movements. At eResponders, she’s built a talented team of creatives who help bring educational content to life. Her leadership is marked by clarity, calmness, and a focus on nurturing the team’s strengths.
